Hernán Llanos, born in El Bolsón (Argentine Patagonia) in 1984. Living in Buenos Aires since 2005, when he became interested in electronic music — self-taught early on in minimal and techno, he started mixing on pickups and software before enrolling in a production-specialised institute. In 2018 he launched the Runehk project: two techno/minimal EPs in 2020/21 (Beatcode Records) and two albums on Padang Records, the most recent in 2025. His distinctive style mixes psychedelia with techno nuances, powerful basslines and energetic, characterful leads. First international performance: Arkana Festival 2025 (Peru); he also plays clubs and bars across Buenos Aires. On Padang Records: Broken Mind (24bit) album (12/2022 — Broken Mind, Dark Code, Space Explorer), Revolution and track Dolor de Mazo (Technomad II, 05/2025). Also known as Avantrash.
